Jessica Twumasi

Jessica is dual-qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales, and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Jessica’s attention to detail and her impeccable appreciation of the nuances of substantive law have made her an invaluable member of our team. In particular, she has played a key role in our Strategic & Advisory practice by providing robust research and commercially savvy draft opinions on some of our most complex corporate reorganization work. She has also been instrumental in developing training manuals for our financial services clients.

Jessica has prior experience working for an Accra-based corporate law firm where she advised on various corporate and transactional matters. During her studies at Oxford University, she did mini pupillage with Bright Line Law Firm, Gray’s Inn Tax Chambers, Pump Court Tax Chambers, Red Lion Chambers, and 39 Essex Chambers.

Jessica is fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
