Matilda is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group of Ferociter. Her previous training in Business Administration (focusing on Banking and Finance) gives her a better appreciation of complex finance documents and the intricacies of the business environment in which our clients operate. She regularly advises foreign and local businesses on corporate set up and regulatory compliance in Ghana.
